Delicious smoked fish roe. A popular favourite for seafood lovers all over New Zealand! Aquafresh smoked roe is made from the roe of fish caught in New Zealand waters, usually hoki, hake or warehou. After brining, our roe is smoked using South Island beech and manuka, then vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness.
