Smoked Hoki Fillets, 500g vac bag. Aquafresh Hoki is caught in New Zealand waters.  It is taken fresh from our boats, prepared, smoked using South Island beech and manuka and then vacuum packed to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness.

Smoked Hoki is ready to eat.  You can serve it chilled, or warm it to enhance the flavour and aroma.

 As a finger-food, serve it on crackers with a little butter or cream cheese.

 Horseradish sauce, gherkins, lemon juice or capers make a tasty addition.  Add Smoked Hoki to salads, use it as a sandwich filling or make it into a pie.  You can serve smoked fish with white sauce.  Mustard, parsley, or mushroom sauces are all great with smoked fish.
