New Zealand Hoki is a famous species, world over, for its quality boneless white flesh that offers amazing value. Aquafresh Hoki fillets are a top option for any dish that makes use of smoked fish - such as chowders and fish pies.
Our fish is taken fresh off local boats, prepared then smoked using South Island beech and manuka sawdust for a distinctly kiwi flavour. We then vacuum pack it to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness. 200g Tray pack, ready to serve. Simple remove the protective seal. Prepared, smoked and packed at our Nelson Smokehouse.
