Aquafresh Albacore Tuna is a fast, powerful fish known for its wonderful chicken-like flesh. A premium species with small flakes perfect for platters.

Our fish is taken fresh off local boats, prepared then smoked using South Island beech and manuka sawdust for a distinctly kiwi flavour. We then vacuum pack it to seal in its fresh flavour and moistness. 100g Tray pack, ready to serve. Simple remove the protective seal. Prepared, smoked and packed at our Nelson Smokehouse.

Smoked Aquafresh Tuna can be enjoyed in a tasty, chunky salad with cous lettuce, pine nuts, flaked parmesan and diced capsicum with caeser dressing.
